Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger positively evaluated Unai Emery’s first six months of work at the club.

After Emery’s first months at Arsenal, we can confidently say that the Spanish coach has transformed the Gunners. The Londoners began to play in more energetic and aggressive football with Unai, relying not only on technics, but also on physical readiness and, of course, team tactics, which can be varied.

Wenger believes his successor is doing a good job. Arsene also praised Unai for summer purchases.

According to Wenger, Emery copes with his duties perfectly. Summer newcomers gave the team a defensive reliability.

A lot of people believed that the team would need a thorough restructuring after Wenger’s departure, but that didn’t happen. The Frenchman was glad that people convinced that they had been wrong.
