Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck is forced to look for a new club. As reported by The Times, the Gunners aren’t going to renew the contract with him. Danny’s current contract expires in the summer of 2019.

Recall that Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck broke his right ankle in the Europa League’s 4th round match against Sporting Lisbon. The 27-year-old striker already underwent an operation and is undergoing recovery.

Welbeck joined Arsenal in 2014, having moved from Manchester United for €20 million. However, at first, he managed to play quite often, then the Englishman began to get injured often and flew out for long periods.

Nevertheless, there were hopes for Danny to return because Unai Emery was ready to give everyone a chance. Welbeck played in the Europa League quite successful but his injury put an end to his future at Arsenal.

This season, Welbeck played 8 matches in the Premier League, having scored one goal and given one assist.
