Liverpool defender Virgil Van Dijk announced his ambitions to become a legend of the Merseyside club.

Van Dijk has a tremendous impact on the Reds’ game since his transfer from Southampton for £75 million in January of 2018, having established himself as one of the world’s best defenders.

Now the 27-year-old Dutchman wants to acquire a legendary status at the club. Virgil understands that he must achieve great victories with Liverpool for this.

The defender believes that the team has all the necessary tools to become great at the moment. Liverpool have great players and a great manager. All that remains is to win trophies. The team is eager for new victories, it is not enough to reach the finals.

Van Dijk remembered that Liverpool had done everything possible to get him. Therefore, he wants to repay the club with his game.
