The executive vice-chairman of Manchester United Ed Woodward has said that despite sixth place in the EPL, the club continues to trust Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and is ready to provide the manager with the necessary amount of money for summer gain.

Manchester United are focused on achieving the results that are expected of this great club and what our fans deserve. Everyone is determined to return the Red Devils to the top of English football,” Sky Sports reported.

“We are constantly striving to make our squad stronger to achieve goals. The club has the financial resources to provide a solid foundation and support the coach to achieve success on the field. It will be our main goal,” Ed Woodward pointed out.
