United are preparing an offer to buy Longstaff

Manchester United are going to make an offer to buy Newcastle central midfielder Sean Longstaff in the next 48 hours.

Recall, on the eve, it became known that the Red Devils agreed on the compensation for Swansea winger Daniel James in the amount of 15 million pounds. According to rumors, the player himself has already agreed on the terms of the contract.

Thus, now the club from Old Trafford can switch its attention to the next target in the list of its transfer goals for this offseason.

According to The Telegraph, United will try to acquire Longstaff, who has played only 12 matches for Newcastle first team in his professional career.

Debuting for the Magpies in December, in March, the 21-year-old Englishman suffered a severe knee injury, which ended his season ahead of schedule. However, between these events, Sean showed cool football.
