Inter failed to beat PSV (1:1) in the 6th round of the UCL group stage and left the most prestigious European club tournament, going to the Europa League.

According to La Repubblica, United are planning to take advantage of the situation, and decided to return to the option of acquiring midfielder Ivan Perisic.

The Croat did not want to leave the Nerazuri before, because he wanted to play with Inter in the UCL knockout stages. So, it will be much easier for the Red Devils to get Perisic, and the team will try to make a transfer already in January.

Ivan Perisic has played 14 matches in Serie A this season, in which he scored 2 goals and gave 3 assists.
