Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling was awarded the honorary title.

The English Premier League determined the best player of November. According to the league’s official site, the title was earned by Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling.

In the three November fights, Raheem scored 3 goals (including 2 goals against Southampton (6:1)) and gave 3 assists.

Sterling receives the award of the best player of the month in the Premier League for the second time in his career. Earlier that happened back in August 2016.

A racially motivated scandal with Sterling in the main role has appeared in England recently. Four Chelsea fans insulted Sterling during the match and were punished by their club – they are no longer allowed to attend the Blues’ matches.

Recall, November was a successful month for Pep Guardiola’s team, except one crucial defeat in the game against Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea (2:0), which ended City’s unbeaten run in the Premier League.
