Source: Evra offered his services to Juventus

French defender Patrice Evra wrote a letter to Juventus’ leadership, offering his services, Corriere di Torino reported.

According to the source, the 37-year-old footballer offered Juventus to sign a contract with him. The Frenchman had been playing for the Turin club already from 2014 to 2016.

He is currently a free agent. Evra’s last club was West Ham United. The French played only five matches for the Hammers in all tournaments.

Juventus are experiencing problems with the composition currently. Leonardo Bonucci, Giorgio Chiellini and Andrea Barzagli were injured, while Mehdi Benatia moved to Al-Duhail. That’s why Massimo Allegri’s team signed Martin Caceres. The Uruguayan joined the club for the 3rd time in his career.
