Diego Simeone told about returning to Serie A.

“Inter? I spoke 2,000 times about my return to this club. There is no need to talk about it again. It will definitely happen,” AS quotes Simeone.

“I continue to work quietly at Atletico. I have another contract year, and we are doing a very good job,” said Simeone.

Diego Simeone played for Inter from 1997 to 1999.

There was an information in the media that the club began negotiations with the Argentine manager on a new deal, which implies a salary increase for Simeone.

But after that Los Rojiblancos’ leadership answered that it was not a suitable time for such discussions at the moment.

We told earlier that Atletico were to extend the contract with Simeone, but Real Madrid wanted to poach the specialist.
