Manchester United defender Luke Shaw demanded respect for dismissed from the team’s head coach post Jose Mourinho.

It’s no secret that the fans and players of the team experienced some relief after Mourinho’s departure, whose last months at Old Trafford were negative.

The bright 1:5 victory over Cardiff in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s debut match practically turned this feeling of relief into euphoria, however, Shaw encouraged not to forget about Jose’s merits.

Shaw admitted that it wasn’t very pleasant when something like that happened in such big teams as United. Nevertheless, he is confident that the players behaved respectfully in the situation.

Perhaps people have forgotten how much Jose did for the Red Devils. Luke recalled that the Portuguese had won three trophies with the club, including one that the team had never won before.

All this happened in one season, so people should remember Special One’s merits and show due respect.
