Schalke announced Bruma’s transfer


The centre-back moved from Wolfsburg.

Jeffrey Bruma became a Schalke 04 player. That was reported by the German club’s official website.

The player moved from another German team – Wolfsburg. The 27-year-old defender will play for the Gelsenkirchen team on loan until the end of the season. Jeffrey chose the number 27 shirt. 

The Dutchman is Feyenoord and Chelsea Academies’ graduate. The player was playing for the London club at a professional level in the period from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to Chelsea and Wolfsburg, Bruma has experience of playing for Leicester City, Hamburg and PSV Eindhoven. He won two Eredivisie titles with the club from Eindhoven in 2015 and 2016.

The player also has 25 matches for the Netherlands national team.
