Manchester United all-time best goal scorer Wayne Rooney believes that his former club should take an example from Liverpool.

Having fired Jose Mourinho this week, the Red Devils were on the verge of great changes – no matter who would become their new permanent manager.

Rooney wants United’s bosses, choosing a further course of development, to focus on Liverpool. The Reds, thanks to Jurgen Klopp, have gained an attractive style and attractive philosophy and also become a real contender for the Premier League title.

Rooney believes that there is nothing surprising in the fact that Liverpool are such a competitor to Manchester City in this season. Virgil Van Dijk added solidity and reliability to the team, he is a real leader.

Jurgen Klopp looks like a coach with whom any player wants to work. If we talk about Manchester United, they need just such a manager, with the same philosophy.

Looking from the outside, it seems that Klopp is adored by the players and fans. Everyone wants to go out and fight for such a man.
