Ronaldo scored less than 50 goals in a year for the first time since 2010

Juventus’ striker Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice in yestersay’s match with Sampdoria (2:1) in the context of the Serie A 19th matchday.

So, the Portuguese has 49 goals in 2018. He scored less than 50 goals in a year for the first time since 2010. Previously, he managed to achieve this mark for seven years in a row.

This series began in 2010 – he scored 60 goals then. A year later, the player scored 63 times, and then – 69, 61, 57, 55 and 53 goals respectively.

Recall that the 33-year-old performer moved to Juventus from Real Madrid last summer.

The transfer amounted to € 117 million. He has played 19 matches in the Italian Championship, became the author of 14 goals, and also gave five assists in the current season.
