Ronaldo pleaded guilty in tax evasion, thus two years in prison of suspended sentence are waiting for him.

The Old Lady striker Cristiano Ronaldo made a deal with the investigation of the case of tax evasion in Spain.

The court of Madrid called on Cristiano Ronaldo to appear before the judge on Monday, January 14, 2019 – according to the law, he must be brought before the court in order to ratify the deal with the investigation.

The Portuguese has already paid most of the fine on August 6, 2018 (13.4 million euros), but has not yet appeared before the court, as stipulated by Spanish law.

According to AS, the lawyer of Juventus forward, José Antonio Choklan, tried to replace the criminal charges with an additional fine of € 375,000, but he was denied.
