The mentor of Arsenal, Unai Emery, confirmed that defender Rob Holding had suffered “a big knee injury” in the match against United last night.

Yesterday’s EPL meeting at Old Trafford was completed for Holding nine minutes before the end of the first half, when Rob came together in the battle with Marcus Rashford.

The Gunners risk to lose the 23-year-old Englishman for a long time. Fortunately, the predictions for midfielder Aaron Ramsey, who also needed a forced substitution, are much better.

“[It was] the worst news for us,” he told at the news conference. “Rob Holding, we are going to wait for the doctors, but it is a big injury. It’s his knee.

“After these two injuries, every player went out with good commitment and good mentality to keep our performance on the game,” Sky Sports quoted Arsenal’s coach.

Manchester United twice came from a goal behind to draw 2-2 with Arsenal on Wednesday and denied the visitors a first win in 12 Premier League games at Old Trafford.
