Rashford is close to signing stunning new contract with United

Marcus Rashford is close to getting a new contract, under which he will receive much more than now.

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is close to signing a lucrative new contract with the club.

According to British media, Rashford will sign a new five-year contract with United for a total of £78 million. Thus, the 21-year-old Englishman will receive 300 000 pounds a week.

Rashford gets about 80 000 pounds a week now. Note that Rashford’s current contract expires in summer 2020.

This season, Marcus has played 39 matches for the Red Devils in all tournaments, in which he scored 13 goals and gave 9 assists.

Moreover, United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sees Marcus Rashford as the team’s main central striker.
