Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic intends to move to Serie A this summer.

After Barcelona’s transfer of Frenkie de Jong and Adrien Rabiot’s possible acquisition, Ivan Rakitic could lose his place in the first team, so he decided to ask the Blaugranas management to let him go to Inter – Gazzetta dello Sport reported.

As suggested by the Italian edition, the 30-year-old Croat’s transfer fee could be around €30 million.

Rakitic, who has 101 matches (15 goals) for the Croatia national team, played for Basel (46 matches in all tournaments, 11 goals), Schalke 04 (135, 16) and Sevilla (149, 34). He moved to Barcelona (247 matches, 34 goals) in 2014.
