Pedro: Sometimes it is so hard to play Sarri-ball

Chelsea winger Pedro admits that it is always difficult for his team to play Sarri-ball, the style that head coach Maurizio Sarri imposes, against any opponent.

Sarri has been harshly criticized for his poor results in recent weeks as well as his lack of tactical flexibility – the Italian was completely unwilling to adapt to his rivals.

According to Pedro, the team endorses Sarri’s coaching philosophy. The Blues like to play in this style, but sometimes it is difficult.

The player admitted that there was no contention among the players. All of them like to play in accordance with this style: high pressure, compactness, creating a lot of moments through ball control.

Pedro is sure that Chelsea can play this way, but it can be very difficult and depends on rivals. For example, Manchester City were very good against Chelsea, and it was difficult to put pressure on them.
