Manchester United legendary goalkeeper, Peter Schmeichel, said he would like to see his son, Kasper Schmeichel, in the Red Devils’ camp someday.

Kasper plays for Leicester City currently, but, as his father confessed, his son wanted to leave the Foxes. Peter admitted that his son wanted to perform at a higher level in England, but there weren’t so many options.

Schmeichel Sr. loves to watch Kasper playing for Leicester. The fact that this club managed to win the Premier League was fantastic. And the Dane was glad that his son become part of that story and helped his team.

Peter doesn’t hide the fact that most of all in his life he wants to see his son playing at Old Trafford. Nevertheless, the most important thing for him is his son’s personal happiness.

United’s legend watched closely his son’s game at the World Cup as part of the Denmark national team. The team performed well and everyone in Denmark was proud of the players.
