Oxlade-Chamberlain started training after 8-month injury
Liverpool and the England national team’s midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain conducted the first training session after 8 months of recovery from injury.
“That feeling when you’re finally back out on the grass for the first time in 8 months,” the performer wrote on Instagram.
So far, the midfielder is engaged in an individual program, and the time when he will work in the general group is still unknown.
Recall that the 25-year-old Englishman suffered a severe injury to the ligaments of his knee in the semi-final match of the Champions League against Roma in summer 2018.
Alex is very patient at the gym and is trying to get back into the game as quickly as possible. It is a very difficult period for him, but Jurgen Klopp believes in quick returning of Oxlade-Chamberlain.
