Neymar was seized of the right to own helicopter and jet due to non-payment of taxes
Neymar is accused of tax evasion. Moreover, the player was temporarily deprived of the right to own a helicopter and a private jet.
The Brazilian’s family is suing CARF affiliated with the tax authorities. Neymar is charged with paying 15.6 million euros.
Newspaper Folha de S. Paulo (Brazil) has published documents on air transport from the National Civil Aviation Administration.
The helicopter and the plane are registered to the football player, however, in writing, there is a court decision on the inaccessibility.
“Vehicles remain with the owner as collateral, but Neymar doesn’t lose ownership,” Neymar’s lawyer Marcos Neder said.
