The player can be brought to justice.

According to AS, a Spanish court rejected Neymar’s attempt to avoid prosecution, in which the Brazilian is accused of corruption and fraud.

Neymar, as well as the presidents of Barcelona and Santos (in 2013), are accused of hiding the actual amount of the transfer at the time of the Brazilian’s move to Barcelona from Santos.

The official amount of Neymar’s transfer to Camp Nou was 88.2 million euros.

This fraudulent scheme could be motivated by a desire to deceive Brazilian company DIS, that owned 40 per cent share in the player’s ownership rights.

Recall that now theBrazilian is out for 11 weeks after suffering a metatarsal injury on the same right foot, missing PSG’s Champions League last-16 exit to holders Real Madrid.
