Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita called on RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner to follow him to Anfield.

At one time, Keita and Werner simultaneously joined RB Leipzig in the summer of 2016 and helped the Bulls to declare themselves not only in Germany, but also in Europe.

Last summer, Naby decided to take a step forward in his career and joined Liverpool. And although the Reds have a formidable attacking trio with Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane, Keita would like to lure Werner to Anfiled.

Note that the question of buying a striker may arise at Liverpool in the coming summer, because Dominic Solanke left the club back in January, and Daniel Sturridge’s contract expires at the end of the season. Also, Divock Origi’s future looks foggy.

In an interview with Bild, Sadio Mane, another former RB Leipzig player, also called on Werner to go to Liverpool.
