Former Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, said he would like to lead a club that gave him the opportunity to work the way Pep Guardiola works at Manchester City and Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.

According to him, trust in the coach is an essential element of any team’s success. Jose asked to pay attention to Liverpool and count how many players were left from the team to which Klopp came. These are just a few people.

In the 16-17 season, Guardiola wasn’t pleased with the defenders that he had. So next summer he bought three defenders that he liked. They are all main players now. Pep continued to pick up players for his style. He was wrong with Claudio Bravo, but he immediately bought Ederson the next season.

Also, Mourinho believes that trust and patience is a guarantee of successful cooperation. According to him, Klopp has been working at Liverpool for 3.5 already years and hasn’t won anything for now. Nevertheless, the club’s leadership has confidence in him and Jurgen himself has the feeling that he is valued. This is extremely important for Mourinho.
