It is reported that Thorgan Hazard is likely to leave Borussia this summer. Borussia Dortmund and Liverpool are considered as two contenders.

This information was confirmed in an interview with Kicker by Max Eberl, who occupies the position of Borussia Mönchengladbach sporting director.

“We have long expressed the desire to extend Thorgan‘s contract. However, he did not want to extend cooperation,” the sporting director said.

“He stated that he did not want to renew the contract with us, but wanted to make the next step in his career.

“No matter what the result will be, he has a contract with us until summer 2020. Possible buyers will need to pay the right amount,” Max finished.

Thorgan’s cost is about 35 million euros.
