Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has denied rumors about his intention to acquire Manchester United.

Last weekend, the British press reported that bin Salman was in active negotiations with the Glazer family – owners of the club from Old Trafford.

It was reported that the 33-year-old prince was ready to pay £3.8 billion for the Red Devils – a huge amount for football and, at the same time, an insignificant share of his family’s fortune, managing the whole country.

However, today Minister Turki Al-Shabanah, who is responsible for working with the media in the kingdom, has denied these rumors and said that all that information was a complete fake.
