Jose Mourinho’s assistant will lead the team until the end of this season.

Manchester United management dismissed the Portuguese mentor.

The official website of the club said that the team would be led by a temporary manager until the end of the season. This coach is supposed to be Mourinho’s assistant and former captain of the Red Devils Michael Carrick.

We told a few minutes ago that Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho had left the club with immediate effect following a dismal start to the season, the Premier League side announced on Tuesday.

Mourinho won the Europa League and the League Cup in the 2016-17 season before guiding the team to second in the league last season and reaching the FA Cup final.

However, according to Sky Sports, United plan to show a new mentor within 48 hours.
