Mandžukić is close to extending his contract with Juventus

The agreement may be extended until 2021.

According to Tuttosport, Juventus CEO Fabio Paratici will hold talks with Mario Mandžukić on the contract extension in the near future.

The current agreement of the 32-year-old Croat with the Old Lady is valid until the summer of 2020. The new contract may extend cooperation of the parties until the summer of 2021.

At the moment, the striker earns about 6 million euros per year.

Mandžukić moved to Juventus in summer 2015, moving from Atletico Madrid for 21 million euros. During this time, the Croat has taken part in 155 matches of the team, scored 43 goals and given 23 assists.
