Liverpool received triple reinforcement before Bournemouth clash

Liverpool received a triple reinforcement on the eve of Saturday’s Premier League match against Bournemouth.

Having played in a draw against Leicester and West Ham, the Reds fell under serious pressure, which only increased in the middle of the week, when Manchester City won their postponed match and pushed Liverpool from the Premier League’s top.

Considering all this, the upcoming match against the Cherries at Anfield takes on immense importance for Jurgen Klopp’s team.

According to Liverpool Echo, Klopp will be able to count on defender Trent Alexander-Arnold and midfielders Jordan Henderson with Georginio Wijnaldum in this match. All of them took part in a training at the club’s base in Melwood on Thursday.

Recall that Alexander Arnold didn’t participate in Liverpool’s last three matches due to a knee ligament injury, while Henderson and Wijnaldum confined themselves to skipping one game because of muscular problems.

According to the publication, all three will be ready to enter the Anfield field on Saturday. However, Dejan Lovren, Joe Gomez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are still out of the game.
