Krzysztof Piątek scored 17 goals in 17 games for Genoa

Genoa forward Krzysztof Piątek continues to score goals for his team.

Genoa and SPAL played a draw – 1:1 in the Serie A 15th round match. The only Cesare Prandelli’s team goal was scored by Krzysztof Piątek in the 38th minute of the game. Thus, the Pole scored 17 goals for Genoa in 17 matches in the current season.

The Polish forward has six goals in two matches in the Italian Cup as well as 11 goals in 15 Serie A matches. Note that Krzysztof didn’t manage to give an assist.

The striker is conducting his debut season in Italy in an outstanding manner. Such performance attracted the attention of plenty of European top clubs.

Various rumors have appeared in the press, but Mauricio Sarri’s Chelsea called as the main contender for the player. The Italian specialist has good connections in Italy and needs a new striker because Olivier Giroud and Alvaro Morata aren’t able to score the necessary number of goals.

Genoa president took the situation under control and announced what amount of money would be enough for him to let Piątek go to another team. According to him, €50 million will be enough to sell the player.
