Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp turned to the Anfield audience with a request to provide maximum support to the team in the decisive Champions League match against Napoli on Tuesday evening.

After losing three of their five matches in the Champions League group stage, the Reds are now obliged to beat Napoli in the home standoff at least with a 1:0 score or two goals difference to reach the playoffs.

In this situation, Klopp hopes that the Anfield atmosphere will help his team, as it happened before.

Klopp admits that he personally and all the players are counting on the fans’ support in this game. They all know how loud it can be here.

Liverpool are playing badly in the Champions League in this season, especially in away games. Nevertheless, everything is all right in home games. Liverpool need to show their maximum and overcome this barrier in order to keep playing confidently without European cups until spring.
