Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi can leave the club after the end of this season.

According to Corriere della Sera, the Nerazzurri leadership, who failed to agree with the footballer’s agent and wife, Wanda Nara, on extending the player’s contract, decided to sell the striker in the summer.

Icardi’s agreement, calculated until 2021, has the option to buy him out for €110 million, which is valid only for foreign clubs and only from July 1 to July 15.

However, Inter are willing to lower the price and sell Mauro for €80-90 million.

It became known on February 13 that Icardi was deprived of the captain’s armband, which passed to goalkeeper Samir Handanovic. The Argentine then refused to travel with the team to the guest match with Rapid in the Europa League.

Later, the information appeared in the media, according to which the club wouldn’t fine the player for such actions.
