Tottenham striker Harry Kane will be included in the England national team’s squad for the Nations League playoffs, despite his injury.

Recall, Kane has been out of the game since early April after he seriously injured ankle ligaments in the Champions League first quarter-final match against Manchester City.

At the moment, Harry is working hard to return to the Champions League final against Liverpool in Madrid on June 1.

However, the England national team’s head coach Gareth Southgate isn’t afraid that his captain will be in a doubtful shape by the beginning of the Nations League playoffs.

According to The Telegraph, Spurs captain will be in the team’s extended bid, which Southgate is about to announce next Thursday. By May 27, Gareth will have to cut his bid to 23 players – by this time, the situation with Kane’s condition should be clearer.

We add, that England will play in the Nations League semi-final with the Netherlands national team five days after the Champions League final – on June 6.
