Ince scared of difference in class between United and Liverpool

Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Ince admitted that he was frightened by the difference in class between the Red Devils and Liverpool.

The North West Derby will take place at Enfield on Sunday. Liverpool are approaching it as Premier League’s leader, while United are at sixth place only.

Ince cannot name the large number of the Devils’ players who would have taken place in the starting line-up of the Reds, and this, he believes, speaks of United and Liverpool as teams of different levels.

According to United’s legend, only goalkeeper David De Gea could be suitable for Liverpool’s starting line-up. Nevertheless, Jurgen Klopp’s team has a great goalkeeper already – Alisson – and there is no reason to replace him with someone else at the moment. Thus, it turns out that none of United’s players would have got into Liverpool’s starting line-up.

Ince can’t remember the moment when both teams approached the match with such Liverpool’s overwhelming majority in all components. Paul admitted that difference scared him and he hoped for a miracle in Sunday’s match.
