Inter’s captain Mauro Icardi is close to the extension of the agreement with the club.

The Italian media reported earlier that Inter would offer Icardi to sign a new contract in the near future.

Tonight, the footballer’s wife, who is also his agent, has published a tweet, according to which we can safely assume that the new contract will be signed soon.

In her message, the attacker’s wife wrote that despite the fact that there was 00:30 am at the moment, she continued to read the terms of Icardi’s new contract.

It is expected that the new contract will be calculated until 2023, and according to its conditions, the player will receive €7 million per year.

The 25-year-old striker has scored 119 goals in the 200 matches for Inter.
