Guardiola – Premier League’s Manager of the Month

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola became the best coach of April in the English Premier League.

Thus, he won the Premier League Manager of the Month award for the 7th time. That was announced via Premier League’s official Twitter account.

The Citizens simultaneously beat Cardiff City (2:0), Crystal Palace (3:1), Tottenham (1:0), Manchester United (2:0) and Burnley (1:0). This allows the team to top the Premier League standings, 1 point ahead of Liverpool one round before the end of the championship.

Recall, yesterday, Manchester City could have lost points, but an incredible stunner from the team’s captain Vincent Kompany allowed Pep Guardiola’s team to calmly approach the final match of the season.
