Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is convinced that his team has become better relative to the Premier League’s last season.

The Citizens didn’t meet resistance on the way to the Premier League title in the last season. Guardiola’s team updated a lot of English football records in addition. In this campaign, City are facing much more fierce competition and are occupying only second place in the table now.

However, Guardiola believes that his team continues to progress. The Catalan specialist sees the nuances in which City have become better.

According to Pep, his team has become better in small details. This is fine because he is spending the second year with the team.

Manchester City have become better in movement and pressing. The team has more options for the transition from defence to attack. But one of the main nuances, in the words of Guardiola, is that his team became more organized in deep defence.
