Giroud urged Chelsea to rally around Sarri

Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud urged his teammates to rally around their manager Maurizio Sarri.

The coming week or two may become decisive for Sarri’s future at Stamford Bridgeas great questions have arisen to his working methods.

On the eve of the most important match against Manchester United in the FA Cup, Giroud expressed support to the Italian specialist, saying that it isn’t the time for panic now.

Giroud said that he had been participating in big matches both at the club level and international throughout his career. Footballers and managers are always under pressure at such times.

At the moment, Chelsea’s position leaves much to be desired. Nevertheless, Giroud is confident that his team can succeed in all competitions. The club needs to achieve a pace and the upcoming match against United is an ideal opportunity for this.

Olivier knows that the coach is being criticized, but he has no feeling that Sarri can be fired. Everybody at Chelsea are united in this matter. The staff and players support Maurizio in all his decisions.
