Gareth Barry scored for the first time in a year, BWA bypassed Man City
West Bromwich became the most goal-scoring team in England.
In the framework of the Championship, West Bromwich Albion defeated Sheffield United in the away match (2:1) for the first time since 2004.
The first goal for WBA was scored by legendary Gareth Barry, who did not manage to score since December of 2017 when he scored a goal in the match against Manchester United.
The second goal became the 46th for West Bromwich in the current championship and they are the most productive team in all of England’s professional divisions. Manchester City have 45 goals.
In the match against Chelsea, Pep Guardiola’s team suffered its first defeat in the Premier League in the current season (2-0). Now, Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool remain the only team that does not know the taste of defeat in the Premier League.
