The Jews found a replacement for the young defender.

Ajax are already looking for a replacement for the captain of the team, Matthijs de Ligt, who, apparently, will leave the club next summer.

According to De Telegraaf, Ajax’s director of football Marc Overmars hopes to sign Fulham defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah,whose contract belongs to Manchester United, in the coming summer.

It is noteworthy that Timothy was born in Amsterdam and went through the Ajax Youth Academy before joining the Red Devils.

This season, the player has taken part only in nine EPL games and gone on the field in the League Cup once.

Moreover, it is noted that the defender is dissatisfied with his playing time at Craven Cottage.
