Essien: Hazard will leave for Real Madrid

Former Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien believes that Eden Hazard’s future at Stamford Bridge depends on whether the Belgian playmaker receives an offer from Real Madrid.

Hazard spoke directly about the readiness to move to Real Madrid last summer, but all this remained at the level of rumors – the Royal Club didn’t dare to make its offer and didn’t even enter into negotiations with the Blues.

But if such a proposal comes to Hazard in the foreseeable future, Eden’s fate will be predetermined, Essien thinks. Michael himself had a chance to play at Real Madrid on loan from Chelsea once.

Essien confirms his words by the fact that there are few players in the world who can resist Real’s offer. When they call you to play for Madrid, you agree. Eden is a great player who plays amazingly in this season. Any team in the world would like to have him in their line-up, but only Real have a real chance to make him abandon London.
