Denis Suarez can play in starting XI against City

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery said that his rookie Denis Suarez could get a place in the team’s starting line-up for the Premier League match against Manchester City on Sunday.

Loaned until the end of the season, Barcelona’s Suarez became the Gunners’ only newcomer in the winter transfer window.

Only yesterday, Denis spent his first training session at Arsenal’s London Colney training base, and he could enter the Etihad Stadium field against Manchester City on Sunday, where he had been playing as a junior.

Unai Emery admitted that he believed in the player. Suarez adapted very quickly and his qualities would be useful for Arsenal. In addition, the midfielder is extremely ambitious and wants to achieve something with the team before the end of the season. So there is a chance to see him in the team’s starting line-up on Sunday.

Suarez speaks English, he has no language barrier. He already played under Emery at Sevilla and played against Liverpool in the Europa League semi-finals with Villarreal.

Denis is a universal player and Emery likes it the most. Unai is going to use him in the entire attacking line of the team.
