Dembele was two hours late for Barcelona training due to oversleeping
Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele was late for Barcelona training because he had overslept.
The Frenchman risks getting another fine, according to the Mundo Deportivo.
According to the source, 21-year-old Dembele was two hours late for the team’s training session today. The training was scheduled for 11:00, but Ousmane arrived at 13:00.
Dembele slept away the training session. After completing the workout, he stayed on the field and worked alone. This is not the first time when Dembele reveals himself in such an unprofessional way.
Previously, Barcelona’s leadership has complained about the fact that Dembele has problems with discipline. This could be a serious reason for Blaugranas to decide to part with the player.
According to rumors in the press, a lot of European clubs are ready to intercept the player in such a situation. Jurgen Klopp made Dembele the main goal for the winter transfer window because his team lacks creativity in the center of the field.
Also, Unai Emery’s Arsenal can fight for the player, but this option seems unlikely since Arsenal don’t have such financial capabilities.
The Frenchman has played 14 matches in LaLiga in the current season, having scored 6 goals and given 3 assists.
