De Rossi: I will continue to play as long as I can

AS Roma captain Daniele De Rossi appreciated his team’s chances in the upcoming Champions League 1\8 finals first leg against Porto.

De Rossi believes that the experience factor is very important in the Champions League playoffs. However, Porto got used to the games in this round as well. Anyway, it isn’t the time to think about the past, the team is preparing for the match now.

Daniele recalls that he has been always saying that he will continue to play as long as his health conditions let him play.

AS Roma’s partners and coach talked about De Rossi’s great importance for the team, so the midfielder thanked them all for their support and expressed sincere love to everyone at the club and the club’s fans.

The Italian said that Di Francesco had his own special vision of football. He always knows what he wants from the team. The players don’t always succeed on the field, and no one likes such situations, but Eusebio won’t change his principles.

The first match of the Champions League 1\8 finals between Roma and Porto will be held at Stadio Olimpico on February 12.
