Dani Alves can join Guardiola’s Man City

The Brazilian defender would like to work with Guardiola again. PSG’s player can reunite with his former mentor at Manchester City.

The fullback’s contract with the Parisians comes to an end, and he will become a free agent at the end of the season. According to UOL Esporte, the 35-year-old player would like to work under Pep Guardiola’s guidance again. Dabi Alves is well acquainted with Pep thanks to their years at Barcelona.

This option can suit Guardiola as his team will always find a place for the creative lateral. And their collaboration and friendship will be an additional factor that can help this deal come true.

Manchester City are constantly suffering because of their flank defenders’ injuries. Kyle Walker, Benjamin Mendy and Fabian Delph – each of them found himself in the hospital at different times. In such a situation, Guardiola had to use Aymeric Laporte on the left flank of defense in December.

Dani Alves hasplayed 13 matches for PSG in the current season, giving two assists.
