Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham are closely watching Lyon’s midfielder Tanguy Ndombele in this season.

Earlier this month, Ndombele confirmed that City were interested in him last summer. But Tanguy decided to continue his development at Lyon then and he didn’t regret at all.

The circle of applicants for the 21-year-old Frenchman has expanded significantly since then, including the Red Devils and the Spurs, whose scouts watch Ndombele regularly in Ligue 1 and Champions League matches.

However, Sky Sports has learned from sources close to Ndombele that Tanguy doesn’t plan to change the club in January and wants to help Lyon for the rest of the season.

Lyon will have two meetings against Barcelona in the Champions League playoffs. This will be another opportunity for Ndombele to gain experience and prove himself in the eyes of potential buyers.

At the French club, they absolutely support Tanguy’s decision not to rush, realizing that the midfielder will cost even more at the end of the season.
