Carragher urged United to get rid of Pogba

Sky Sports expert Jamie Carragher called on Manchester United to get rid of midfielder Paul Pogba, following head coach Jose Mourinho’s dismissal.

The protracted conflict with Pogba was one of the main reasons why Mourinho lost control in the locker room and eventually lost his job at Old Trafford. Paul hinted that he was glad that Jose was fired with a provocative Instagram post.

Carragher believes that the Red Devils are obliged to do the same with Pogba, who is carrying out this season terribly and has even stopped taking place in the team’s starting line-up in recent weeks.

From Carragher’s point of view, Pogba is a symbol of the current United. The club without discipline, without organization. Paul’s provocative Instagram post, intentional or not, only confirms that the players and the management didn’t have a common language over the past year.

United sent a strong signal with Mourinho’s dismissal. Now the Red Devils need to show strength again and get rid of Pogba if the club gets a suitable offer.

Jamie believes that this team can no longer depend on one player or one coach and on one person in general. The club depended on Sir Alex Ferguson for 26 years. Then they tried to stay on top buying famous stars, however, the last year made it clear that the chosen tactic led only to decline.
