Carragher is confident that Morata has no future at Chelsea

British TV Expert Jamie Carragher believes that striker Alvaro Morata has no future at the club.

Morata began to demonstrate some success shortly after the start of his second season at Stamford Bridge, scoring a number of goals, but he has backed off again in recent weeks.

Carragher no longer believes that the 26-year-old Spaniard will ever claim his place in Chelsea’s first eleven. Jamie believes that the Blues have certain requirements for the attackers after Didier Drogba’s magnificent career at the club, and Morata simply doesn’t meet these requirements.

Jamie believes that Chelsea’s most expensive player (not counting Kepa) should give the result in every match. Excuses that the attacker needs time to get used to Premier League are no longer accepted as Alvaro is spending his second season at the club.
