The Olympians are negotiating with the former Paris Saint Germain manager, the edition of L’Equipe reports.

The club’s leadership is dissatisfied with the team’s performances under Rudi Garcia and plans to change the coach. According to the source, the former PSG mentor is the main candidate for this position.

Blanc has been out of work since June of 2016 when he left the Paris club. Earlier, the 53-year-old also worked at the head of Bordeaux and the France national team.

Marseille are occupying 7th line in the Ligue 1 standings at the moment, lagging behind leading PSG by 22 points.
