Chelsea defender Cesar Azpilicueta believes that the next nine days can be decisive for the entire season.

The night before the Blues lost to Manchester United at home with a 0:2  score, which increased pressure on the head coach, Maurizio Sarri, to the limit.

According to Azpilicueta, that match was awful. However, Cesar sees an opportunity to improve in the next games against Malmo, Manchester City and Tottenham.

All three games will take place in the next 9 days. The next match against Malmo at Stamford Bridge will have to give the team a correct charge. Chelsea must finish what they started last Thursday and proceed to the next stage of the competition.

Next, two matches of immense importance are expecting for Chelsea. Cesar knows what it means to win a trophy in the middle of the season and gather fans at Wembley.

Azpilicueta hopes that the players will be able to please their fans. After the League Cup final, there will be a derby against Tottenham. Cesar is sure these three games will be decisive in the context of this season.
